Alarms

The intent is that users be able to create alarms on any event they see in their calendar. For those to which they do not have write access, we need to create an event ref and attach the alarm to that.

So, what if the owner has set some alarms? What if the iser just changes the description. Do they inherit the alarms as well. Probably not would be the best behaviour.
