Need some way to reset calendarDeleted flag in subscription

Network or database errors could cause this flag to be set. It should probably be transient so we retry without user intervention.

Coupled with calendar renames which could also make subscriptions invalid.

Also - we should highlight blocked access in the ui - make trhe subscription red - change the tooltip etc.

Perhaps reset on login.
