no access error for administrative users when selecting a topical area that subscribes directly to /public/cals/MainCal

  1. log in to admin client as superuser, change to group calsuite-Engineering
  2. add a subscription to the engineering calendar suite
    1. subscribe directly to /public/cals/mainCal
    2. add category tagging and filtering
    3. make it a topical area
  3. log back into admin client as ggalilei and select the Engineering group
  4. add an event and select the new topical area added in step 2

You should see a No Access error

Note that this error does not occur when a subscription is made to /public/aliases/somesubscription
