no access error for administrative users when selecting a topical area that subscribes directly to /public/cals/MainCal

- log in to admin client as superuser, change to group calsuite-Engineering
- add a subscription to the engineering calendar suite
- subscribe directly to /public/cals/mainCal
- add category tagging and filtering
- make it a topical area
- log back into admin client as ggalilei and select the Engineering group
- add an event and select the new topical area added in step 2
You should see a No Access error
Note that this error does not occur when a subscription is made to /public/aliases/somesubscription
