Non web changes leave inconsistent views etc

DeleteCalendarAction? adjusts view to remove path.
If calendar deleted via caldav path will remain - also moving has same effect.
Should perhaps use system events and add listener to adjust the view etc.

Closed because it has little effect.
The view maintenance ui should show paths which are currently inaccesible. We don't want to automatically remove them as they may be unavailable due to some transient condition.
FilterBuilder? class just skips invalid paths. This is more of an issue for view maintenance. Deal with later
