exdates and rdates should be stored as UTC

At the moment we get duplicate exdates. We should always store as UTC which means checking each place we add an exdate/rdate also wherever we set the collection.
Also be more explicit in schema, exdates and rdates are a set not just a collection.
If this was referring to the recurrenceid I believe that is fixed. Need to confirm
