Freebusy display should allow for setting of view granularity and make it easier to find a free period for an event of a specific duration

We need to enhance the Freebusy view in both the Freebusy page and when adding attendees to meetings so that the user can change the view granularity and so that we can specify the duration of event we are looking for. Busy periods should be overlayed as continuous blocks on top of the grid rather than quantized.
