Expand alarms - or have alarm instances

To allow all alarms to be located we need to create an alarm entry for each instance of a recurring event. In addition, we should probably add an entry for each repetition.

These can probably be very small if we create an instance consisting of just an alarm id and a 16 byte trigger time. On the other hand, we could have a lot of them.
