agenda/simple list view

need an "agenda" style list view for all clients - a view that shows date + a set number of days worth of events (duration). This is important for both the web views and rss/javascript feeds, etc.

Should be able to request a date range (arbitrary start and end dates) or a start date + duration. The xml will not result in a <year><month><week><day><event> tree but in a simple <day><event> listing.

This is completed for RSS feeds, and needs to be made navigable in user clients (though it's there). Will make the listing visible in 4.0.
